Less than worse.

If I can rate them a 0 I would. They are completely useless and ***********. You have to call their apparent "customer service" which couldn't be further from the truth at least 3 times just to get through to an agent and then they just tell you exactly the same thing as when you enter your tracking number on their website. How absolutely pathetic. I have been waiting since the 19th of December for my parcel to be delivered. It has been sent out 4 times and returned 4 times because it was "too late" for the driver to deliver. We are about 140km their Cape Town warehouse and there is no way to arrange for us to just go and pick up my parcel. Temu should really use another courier service.
