Late Delivery-Disappointed Customer

my order was meant to arrive betwwen the 10th and 12th of April and nothing has arrived. There is no email to contact. There's a 010 number and every time you call you are either in the 30s or 40s and as soon as you reach no2 on the waiting list, says that extension isn't available. On Tuesday morning****h) I checked the tracking, and it said stock arrived at the depo but in the afternoon 16.18pm..... how is that possible. I won't lie, I was impressed with my first delivery but with this 1 I have no idea when or if i will ever receive my order.
