Lack of service Buffalo Logistics International.

I was suppose to receive my parcel on Friday the 9th Sept 24. Nobody pitched, when enquiring about it they said my parcel was returned to the warehouse because my suburb does no t match. I live on a small South Coast village near Hibberdene. Their System needs a Suburb and Town. You can not type your own suburb or town in, you can only choose from their drop down menu. The courier never phoned me or my husband on Friday asking for directions, they have both our numbers. You can not talk to anybody. You only get options on a Whatsapp account, I have send numerous emails, the phone number is soooo busy, I tried 4 times and eventually hung up. Now the parcel is handed over to some third party courier. Nobody tells you which company. I went onto their fb pages and asked for help there. They reply with: your parcel will be delivered before Friday. Really, I have to sit and wait for one whole week, not be able to go to town or nothing for just encase they decide to come that day. I think it is unacceptable and total incompetence from their side. And what frustrates me more is the fact that you speak to a robot and can't get the answers you want.
