Lack of delivery & information.

I’ve ordered on Shein on 5 January. On 15th January my order arrived at Buffalo Logistic PTA. Since then, I’ve been in the phone with them more than 10 times. Every time they tell my the order is with a third party delivery service and that they’ve re-escalated the order. Someone will phone me within 24/48 hours. Its been MONTHS now, and numerous phone calls (me to them) and nothing yet. I still have NO idea what’s going on. The service I receive from the call centre is very good, but the overall service disappoints me. This is EXTREMELY unacceptable. I will not leave this matter here. I want to parcel delivered!
