Lack of customer care at Buffalo International Logistics

Dear Buffalo Couriers.

I haven’t received my parcel yet. I paid the tax more than a week ago, yet you still send me messages reminding me to pay tax. I have followed up with several emails to every email address that I could find for you. I emailed the proof of payment so many times. I uploaded it on your website. I tried the chat function on your website. I contacted you on whatsapp. I sent you DMs. I haven’t received any reply to solve the problem. I included the parcel number in every message. I’m out of ideas to get a resonse from you.
