Lack of communications and service delivery.

Really poor service. I have bought 2 different packages from temu paid both the tax and duties now they say they cant find the payment. Tried to watsapp them, agents never available. Have emailed them no response at all. Tried to phone them number either just ring or no answer. Tried to load the proof of payment on the link they have sent but no option to do that. Not user friendly at all.. cant pay the tax and duties again its just not possible.
