Lack of Communication

Buffalo Logistics is a very unprofessional company. The lack of communication is just insane. I've been sending multiple emails and non of them were responded to. I've been waiting for my order since yesterday and the tracking status changed to "Closed: An insurance claim will now be processed", what does that even mean amd why am I not informed. This is the WORST delivery company I've came across and this is probably the last time I order from Shein
