Lack of communication and delay on orders

Lack of good communication and delays of orders really affect our businesses . As much as they don't qualify update what is happening on the system it becomes a challenge. My parcels was supposed to arrive on the 9th of August they told me it's delayed until the 18th but still am waiting on the system still the date haven't changed . I really don't know when will receive my order and my clients are waiting for the stock . They have to change the way they treat us as their clients
