KAAK service from Temu/Buffalo logistics

I've received a KAAK service from Buffalo logistics and Temu. Buffalo logistics lost my parcel, since 8/03/2025 when I called them their telling me parcel out for delivery. I called them again this morning after several escalation still they don't have the decency to keep me posted. Their call agent Kamogelo with bad attitude, she's telling me that my parcel is lost and their busy with investigation once their done( she have no Idea when is that) they will issue a letter to my supply (Temu) that is not also answering my emails . Stay away from this people their bad news.
