Johnny Johnny telling lies

Worst logistic company, i am still awaiting my delivery from Shein one week later from them receiving the parcel. When you track, they've uploaded incorrect information or should i say lies. my first delivery attempt as per their records was 3 December 2023 which is a Sunday and online, they say they do not do deliveries on a Sunday - reason for return no one available. 4 December 2023 - returned no one at home. 6 December 2023 - Return - reason Suburb not matching address. mind you i work from home and there is always someone available. secondly address details are taken from a drop-down bar on the Shein Site. The funny thing is they previously attempted to deliver and found no one available then the address and suburb do not match. Meaning they did not attempt any delivery at all. Please not i have followed up with Buffalo and i am only given the same information i get online.
