I've already paid the tax on my items which I ordered from Shein and the items arrived in the country and were supposed to be delivered yesterday already but I'm still waiting and they're asking me to pay tax again

I've already paid the tax on my items which I ordered from Shein and the items arrived in the country and were supposed to be delivered yesterday already but I'm still waiting and they're asking me to pay tax again. This is unacceptable.
