Items not delivered

I bought items from SHEIN and paid my duty tax but referenced an incorrect reference number on my payment. Payment was made 27 July 2022 and I have since been calling this company to have this issue resolved to which I have been told to email my pop and it will be resolved within 3 days. It has been 3 weeks and I’m still getting notifications that my duty tax is outstanding. I have wasted so much air time and I’m afraid my items will be returned to China due to their lack of non responsiveness. Surely they must have a system to allocate payments when someone makes an error especially when the pop is there to show payment has been made. This is so annoying.
