Item not being delivered for days

Buffalo has been saying my parcel is out for delivery for 2 days now. Still nothing. The 4 times I phoned your staff were rude and unhelpful and could not wait to get of the phone with me. I need the items in that parcel for tomorrow and I am being told I cannot even go and collect it. I am so disappointed. How can I get my parcel as soon as possible?
