Isreal lefophane and Buffalo international logistics ********s

The worst business choice was to hire your delivery person Isreal Lefophane. He is absolutely rude and has no sense of customer service. He called me to say he's at my complex to deliver my parcel. I was busy attending to my baby, and was not able to take the call, I called back literally 11 mins later, he said he is in the area but refused to come back. He refused bluntly saying that I should go out to him to wherever on his route. When I said I would complain to buffalo logistics, he said I'm welcome to and blocked my number. Tried calling Buffalo.. was caller 40 in the queue... so i waited till they dropped my call when i eventually got to caller 28... this happend in about 5 attempts and calls to them .No response on thier whatsapp line and no other escalation platforms.So my question is have I been ****med by Buffalo international logistics and Isreal Lefophane..and if so will proceed to open up a case against them if i don't get an answer.
