Is this customer service: Buffalo international logistics.

I recieved Terrible service from this logistics company. I was promised on Monday that I will receive my goods in two working days... today is Friday. I can not manage to get hold of them for days on end this is pathetic customer service because of the lack in communication and unprofessionalism.
