Is it missing or just ******??

If I could give 0 stars I would. My Shein package was collected almost 2 weeks ago, till to date no indication can be provided on where my parcel is. According to their App the pick up was cancelled, so they can not help me. My Shein refund can not be paid since they have not received the parcel. Buffalo tells me I need to cancel the return request and create a new one but Shein App won't allow me to do it. Shein tells me I need to contact Buffalo. Baffulo wants waybill or proof of parcel being collected. How am I suppose to do that. Driver just hoots infront of your gate, says he is here for pick up, you hand over the parcel and when you ask, he just says that is all. Now I am out of R500, since Shein will not refund me.
