Is Buffalo trustworthy???
I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for the last two weeks, as per my tracking number it has been placed in a vehicle three times and yet I still have not received it.

2023-10-20 12:21(GMT+2) Friday Parcel packed into vehicle
2023-10-18 08:03(GMT+2) Wednesday Parcel packed into vehicle
Is Buffalo trustworthy as I have now lst complete trust in them. Are the employees / drivers *****ing our parcels. I have sent a number of emails too but had no reply. I hope this might trigger one.

- Customer First
- If you were the customer, how would you want to be treated? Without our customers there is no business. BUFFALO has always been adhering to the principle of customer first and provide our clients with the best service.
- Teamwork
- Alone you can go fast, but together we can go far. BUFFALO has a professional and strong team both in China and South Africa.
