Irrate client

I would like to make it known what poor and bad service i have received from Buffalo Logistics. I paid tax for a order of mine on the 27th January however by mistake the transaction duplicated on the 30th January . I brought this to the attention of buffalo logistics and was assured refund would be paid within 5 days , however after 3 weeks of not receiving my refund when i followed up i was told to provide proof that the amount had gone off twice , which i did do i provided a full bank statement i was then told that they "failed to see the two transactions on my statement " i then highlighted the transactions for them to see it clearly it has now been 3 months and they dont even bother to respond to me at all anymore , i brought this to the attention of Artie Ndabeni and Renette Nightingale but neither of them seem to be bothered or interested to assist let alone respond to me several emails. This is ******* as i provided proof i was double debited . Buffalo Logistics are ********* and unproffessional !!
