International parcels gets ******

The parcels are being ****** by this company. Two orders were not delivered when I ask they tell me my number is wrong. A third order was passed on to a third party(Dpd laser) which do not deliver and when you call they tell you they have a lot of parcels. You can't just be glad we get refunds from this chinese suppliers what about the customs we pay.
