*****ing your return packages

I logged a return with Temu. Desmond from Buffalo Logistics picked up my package on 9 October. No tracking information updated on the app. The next day another driver shows up. I informed him I handed over the package to Desmond on the 9th. He informed me Desmond is off that day but he will check in with him and ensure they log the return on the tracking system. I eventually escalated. I provided them with the name, telephone number and exact time thr driver collected my package. I only continue to receive feedback that they are awaiting feedback from the driver. It's been 9 days. This is unacceptable and amounts to theft
