incorrect info updated on the shein app

ive been waiting for my order from shein and buffalo logistic got highjacked however update false information on the Shein app that my package was returned since i gave them wrong address., they issue me with loss form that i need to send to Shein however Shein based on what update and saying i must contact buffalo logistics retuned with back with order . all i want is for buffalo to update that they lost the package on the app so i can be able to request from refund from Shein because according to Shein the package is still with them. buffalo call centered not very helpful i spoke to a lady who just left the unattended as she couldn't answer. very useless staff its seems like they don't know what hey doing.
