INCORRECT DELIVERY - CANNOT CONTACT BUFFALO SA

I cannot express enough how this company does not help and does not communicate beyond sending emails via a bot! Their whatsapp number DOES NOT WORK. Their "talk to us" does not work!

They delivered my parcel to an incorrect address! I have no idea where they even go the address from! No phone call - NOTHING!

This is shocking service! I would avoid them all together!
