Incomplete delivery

I was suppose to receive parcel from Buffalo on 21st of August 2025, to my surprise that I got a message at around 7am saying the parcel was delivered whereas I didn't receive it. I called Buffalo logistics on the 21,23, and 25 August always saying they will escalate the matter and the matter is still under investigation. Today (05/9/2025) when I called again for follow up they said there was no escalation done. I am so fed up about this, their service is very poor.
