*********** idiots at Buffalo Logistics

I have ordered from Shein on 4 occasions and have never had an issue with delivery.

This time I have ordered on 17 Feb 2022, paid the tax on 21 Feb and received an sms saying my parcel will be delivered to pep store via Paxi.

Firstly my delivery is always to my residential address as this is what I paid for, not counter service as I was informed when I call Buffalo Logistics. When asked if I could change it and have it delivered NO, because Shein has not paid for delivery but counter to counter service. That is not my problem!!

Delivery should have been better 9 and 11 March 2022 but I am calling them everyday and receive a different story and the manager doesn't ever call you back.

First I'm told my parcel is still at the airport, then they are logging a query to figure out if it's still at the airport . Today, 16 March, I am told it is at their warehouse and hasn't been processed due to high volumes. What a bunch of ****!

They are quick to contact you to pay the tax but then suddenly no one knows what is going on! Just deliver my goods that I paid for and I will never order again!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
