incompetency at its worst

this company doesnt even deserve a rating its a shame of a company and they are very rude and ***********, l ordered my stuff from china and the supplier recommended these guys for shipment but this is the worst shipping agency and will never recommend it to anyone its now 23 days since shipment has been in transit, you call them nobody answers, this is really incompetency at its worst
