Incompetence of note!!!

*********** doesn't begin to describe this courier company. Incorrect allocations to wrong drivers has already led to a delay, and now I keep being told the driver has called me and I do not answer and my parcel will be return to the sender. When I contact them, they tell.me the driver is calling me on an 083 number...this is not my number...no idea where they have this info from. I have paid customs, and received emails and sms on the correct number. How does their driver have the incorrect number when allegedly trying to call me? Impossible to get any help or assistance on either email, WhatsApp or phone call. How do I resolve this issue and receive the parcel I have paid for? Beyond frustrated
