Incompetence, close down!!!!
I am so furious, my sister placed an order with Shein and the order was shipped to buffalo, the status on the app changed on the 08th of December to intransit, I have paid the customs fee but nothing, I called several times and I was told different stories by different agents, some say they can’t see where my package is and some are telling me it’s with Skynet. This is unacceptable and I hope that Shein stops using buffalo they are very ***********. My sister has nothing to wear for Christmas, you have ruined our plans!!!!

19 Dec 2023, 21:15Several emails have been sent too, an email was sent on the 14th of December and we were told that the delivery will be done in 72 hours, where is that delivery? This is money we worked for, we aren’t waiting for free packages you bunch of skelems.
