Incompetence by Buffalo International

Non communication in time for delivery of my Milas Boots. Ordered in June/ July 202. Get email message after an apparently attempted delivery - whilst I was at my place of work. No responses to my email queries. Want me to pay a penalty fee of R150. Have never experienced this with a delivery before!
