Immediate effect

I am not happy at all with buffalo logistics service,I have been waiting for my parcel for 4 weeks now and they keep on telling me to be patient.even their call numbers don't work, and on whatsapp their responses are not clear at all.all I want to know is when exactly am I getting my parcel because I have lost patience now

Shein should stop working with buffalo or else it will loss customers!!
