Imaginary Delivery Company
My niece ordered clothes from Shein on 24 November 2022 (couriered by Buffalo Logistics). She received an email from Buffalo on 02 December 2022 letting her know that her parcel had been received at their warehouse with the tracking details. Today (12 December 2022), she received an email from Shein (Not Buffalo Logistics) that her parcel had been returned because no one was home, and they tried to get a hold of her "multiple times". The problem is that she was home the whole day (It's been pouring rain in Pietermaritzburg), and she has no miss-call on her phone. The f**ked up part is that there are a number of similar cases where the courier claims to have tried to deliver and then send the parcel back.
She has tried to contact the courier with no avail. These guys need to explain themselves and provide evidence that they tried to deliver. Shein and Buffalo Logistics can f**k all the way off once they have given us a refund because this is becoming a pattern.
