I'm Extremely disappointed with Buffalo's delivery service

I'm Extremely disappointed with Buffalo's delivery service. My package was delayed, and the customer service team provided inconsistent information and failed to follow up as promised. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with a lack of urgency and transparency. To make matters worse, the driver took my parcel away from my doorstep and returned it to the warehouse without my consent. When I inquired about the issue, I was told that my parcel was given to the wrong driver, which is unacceptable. The driver was also rude and threatening when I expressed my concerns. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Buffalo to others due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.
