EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!! They do not call, my parcel is now being sent back because of their poor communication skills. They do not wait for you, call, email whatsoever. They act like assholes. Really. Cannot believe that they are in business. Phoning them does not work either as they do not pick up or they ignore the call. Terrible! Places should stop using Buffalo.
