With so many ************ out there you would think that they would provide a service to customers to know your parcel and money are linked and in safe hands. Except they do not answer their phones, they do not reply to emails and they do not provide full updates of there the parcel actually is. It is a shambles of an organisation and from the previous reviews its seems I'm not the only one who thinks so.

I assume my parcel will come - but who knows when and who knows if ..... pity that SHEIN retailers have to use them - they must be a side arm of the online retailer. Feel helpless and defenseless as a customer here - no means of security for buying from them wont do that again simply because of the logistics company they use ....
