I would like to commend Brian Khonziwe from Buffalo Logistics for going above and beyond. My parcel required an address change while it was already in international airspace, so I was extremely skeptical that the update would go through. I was fully prepared for complications, but the entire process was unexpectedly smooth. Brian ensured my parcel was delivered to the updated address without any issues — and even though I wasn’t home at the time, everything was handled perfectly.
