I would be happy and satisfied if I could get my parcel from buffalo couriers delivered to me ASAP

Hi I have a problem with buffalo couriers it's been a month since I haven't received my parcel which I purchased from temu. I even paid buffalo for duty and vat and they said I will receive my parcel in 5 working days and it's been a month and a week that past by and still haven't received my parcel. When I contact them they say I must update my details which I did,and they say I must pay another extra cost of delivery fees so they can arrange the shipment to me, please hellopeter I would highly appreciate your assistance regarding this issue moving forward Kind regards/Charmone Raghoobeer
