I will now use the law to get Buffalo to listen.

It has now been twelve days since I wrote my first review on Hellopeter and up to now I have had no response from Buffalo logistics. I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TREATED AS THE MOST DISHONIST COMPANY OF ALL TIMES. Since I wrote the review on the 18th of this month I have tried numerous times to make contact with Buffalo logistics to get answers about my parcel. They just do not answer the phones and also do not respond to e-mails or messages that I have sent. I feel that they should be handed over to the consumer council and their business should be investigated for ***** and *****ulent activities, If I read the reviews of the other people on this platform and it is obvious that Buffalo has a problem within the company, I would also suggest that in the event that people does not receive the products or their refunds that they open a case of theft at their nearest police station. I have been patient enough and will be opening my case today with the SAPD. Buffalo has been given enough time to sort out the problems within the company and now they should face the face the consequences of their actions. they are *****ing from people and that is not acceptable,
