I was sweared at by buffalo driver

The driver call me for my order and told me that he can deliver my order because he doesn’t drive to my address

Im so disappointed as im and every month customer i dont deserve this. When i try to bring in solutions he is swearing im so hurt.

I think i must open a case and i want buffalo to give me details of the driver
