I want to express my gratitude towards Phumla from Buffalo logistics. What a great pleasure to work with this lady. So my story begins when my two parcels are missing in action from another courier company called linex. After several calls to this company, I was told that the vehicle with the parcels was in anaccident and might be ******. Phumla assisted me throughout the whole ordeal even if it wasn't their company. This was really going beyond and above for a customer who was in desperate need.
