I want my refund

They lost my parcel in transit so they say one thing I know is that baffalo logic *****s parcels from their customers ,I have been waiting for them to refund me my money they are now not taking my calls ,why ist that they do a shifty job and I have follow and beg them for my money that I work hard for ?
