I want my parcel

Buffalo sent my parcel to a third party express on the 1st of April it’s the 8th today and I have not heard from Dpd laser. When you call dpd laser they tell me they have not received my parcel from buffalo it’s been 8 days without an update!!!! Buffalo logistics I want my parcel.
