I WANT MY PACKAGE FROM BUFFALO LOGISTICS

I ordered on shein on the 25th of February and after my package got shipped i paid for buffalo customs (tax), but my status didn't change for 20 days until i decided to write them an email, my status changed saying my parcel is in accelerated transit i should be patient, after a few days i got an email saying my package has been delivered whereas i didn't even receive even my status did not change to out for delivery it just changed from accelerated transit to client received, i didn't even get an sms nor phone call, i kept going to courier guys who frequently came to deliver others packages but they said they can't track my parcel if it's delivered, what should i do?
