I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED

I placed a Shein order on 18.11.2022. The delivery date that I received was 06.12.2022. To date I haven't received my order.

The timeliness is as follows: Order received at Buffalo Warehouse on 24.11.2022. Order in transit to third party express since 24.11.2022. I sent an email in 20.11.2022 to follow up on my order. On 07.12.2022 I received a response to my email sent on 24.11.2022. On 02.12.2022, I was notified of the delivery delay after calling their call center and holding on the line for almost 2 hours.

It is now 10.12.2022, and my delivery is still in transit with no movement.

Buffalo International Logistics, your customer service is severely lacking.
