I want my money back

I am so much dissapoited this was not my first order.. On this order got email to pay customs I made payment via eft but got an error that it did not go thought after few minutes I checked still nothing I made another payment that's when I got a confirmation for payment but already I had paid double tried tried calling send emails it's been 2 weeks now still nothing.. I want my money back BUFZA***YQ
