They dont even deserve a star,

2024-10-03 15:08(GMT+8) Thursday Shut Out-Package detained and destroyed by customs

Still havent receveid my Refund , they dont even bother to call me , Tried communicating with them on Facebook , tried calling , yho even tried whatsapp , no one is helping . I have sent my refund document to their email , they said they require a PDF ive sent it , but this keeps dragging
