I very dissatisfied

If I could them no star I would have given them a zero because I’m so impatient with them…it’s been 2 weeks and my parcel still hasn’t arrived, I entered my ID (my things were under 500) twice and they still haven’t sent my order out. I called, emailed and WhatsApped them but nothing…I don’t even know how they still operating or even exit if they don’t wanna do they job.
