I rated 4 stars because there's room for improvement ,i've always had great service from Buffalo logistics , orders are delivered on time, in a good condition... however Ithe finance team need to be proactive in resolving unallocated duty/customs payments because that delays delivery and your order might be returned back to supplier. I had a pleasure of being assisted by a lady in customer support (I couldn't hear her name because of bad connection) but she provided 10/10 service, very patient and professional.
