I placed my order on Shein on 9th of August 2025 and the estimated date for my delivery was 25-28 August

I placed my order on Shein on 9th of August 2025 and the estimated date for my delivery was 25-28 August.20 August i received an email from Shein that my order is out for delivery i should expect a call ,but i didn't received any call on top of that i didn't receive my parcel ,i then tracked my order and the say my order failed reason:the was no one at home,what confused me is that i used my workplace address so how can the be no one at home ? I've been sending emails and whatsapp'ing their customer service but i haven't received my parcel even now it's been a month now.everytime when im tracking my parcel it say the delivery failed reason is because my address is incorrect whereas i used my workplace address. I even sent them my live location but i haven't received my parcel Lost hope now
