I placed an order from The BOB shop and it was delayed

I placed an order from The BOB shop and it was delayed. Called Buffalo and kept on getting rude agents that seemed to not know what they were doing. I then spoke to a Noma who was so friendly, never had such friendly service from Buffalo before. I got the parcel 2 days after talking to her, I must say..I'm impressed.
