I placed an order and Buffalo logistics came to deliver on the 17th April 2025

I placed an order and Buffalo logistics came to deliver on the 17th April 2025. I was not around to collect it. I've tried since to rearrange delivery but to no avail. I've been touch with the call centre but I haven't received a response. Can someone please help.
