I ordered something on Temu and Buffelo was supposed to to deliver my parcel for me

I ordered something on Temu and Buffelo was supposed to to deliver my parcel for me. I've got the courier in our area in WhatsApp and i asked her to deliver my parcel at my neighbor instead of my work adres, because i was out of town. She agreed that she would do it. When I was out of town i received phone calls from a number that i did not recognize so i ignored it, but then i decided to phone the number back. It was a guy from dpd courier services that said he's got a my parcel from Temu. I was upset about it because I've already made arrangements with our usual courier about the delivery. So why did another courier company had my parcel????
